Emerging Project Advisor – Residential Services

In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool heating services. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, problem-solving, and guiding families toward solutions that improve their homes and lives. No previous experience is needed! Success in this role comes from being open to learning, confident in connecting with homeowners, and comfortable sharing our products and services by following a simple, supportive process.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners in a warm and consultative way to help them find the right solutions for their home comfort needs
- Educate families on available services, breaking down options in an easy-to-understand and engaging manner
- Build relationships based on trust and a genuine desire to help, ensuring customers feel comfortable and confident in their choices
- Present customized estimates and proposals with clarity and confidence
- Follow up with past and prospective customers to build long-term relationships and generate future opportunities
- Work closely with our service teams to ensure a smooth experience for every homeowner
- Maintain records of customer interactions in our CRM system to stay organized and informed
- Represent the company with professionalism, warmth, and integrity
Requirements
- A passion for working with people and helping them make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and listening skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Confidence in explaining home service solutions in a way that feels natural and engaging
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability
- Comfort with technology, including software and digital tools
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- No prior experience required—technical expertise is not necessary; we provide all the training you need, including a personalized schedule working with each trade department before stepping into the customer-facing role
- This role will start with an hourly compensation and then transition to a commission-based role after the training period
