Commercial Plumber

We’re growing and looking for a skilled Commercial Plumber to help us deliver reliable solutions on high-impact projects.
As a Commercial Plumber, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial environments. From interpreting blueprints to delivering clean, code-compliant installations, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to spec.
Job Type & Schedule
- Sunday through Thursday from 8 pm to 5 am (4 nights)
- This role requires flexibility to travel to various job sites as projects demand within FL and GA. While we strive to provide advance notice, you must be willing to travel as needed—flexibility and reliability are essential to success in this position.
Compensation
- $25-30 hourly
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures (toilets, faucets, water heaters, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot plumbing systems for functionality and code compliance
- Maintain jobsite organization and ensure materials/tools are ready for each task
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Estimate the time and materials needed for the assigned work
- Work collaboratively with project teams to meet timelines and deliverables
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of commercial plumbing experience.
- Proficiency in shop math and working skillfully with tools, metals, and machines.
- Ability to visualize three-dimensional objects from drawings, sketches, or blueprints.
- Ability to work within precise limits and standards.
- Appropriate journeyman experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with Planning Calendars.
- Flexibility to perform a variety of duties that may change often.
- Willingness to travel within the state of Florida.
