Marketing Manager

 

We are a growing commercial construction and residential service company seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand and growth strategy. This role is responsible for building awareness, generating leads, and reinforcing our reputation in both commercial and residential markets. The Marketing Manager will oversee marketing strategy, campaign execution, community engagement, and social media, and will directly supervise the Social Media Coordinator. This role will also manage all outsourced creative resources and ensure all campaigns deliver measurable ROI.

 

Job Type & Schedule

  • Monday – Friday. This position will be in-office with the possibility to work remotely in the future.

 

Compensation

  • $85k-95k annually based on experience

 

Responsibilities

Homeowner-Focused Marketing Strategy

 

  • Develop and execute a targeted marketing plan that drives residential service inquiries and brand loyalty
  • Create campaigns that resonate with homeowners, highlighting convenience, quality, and trust
  • Conduct audience research to understand homeowner pain points, service needs, and seasonal demand trends

 

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

 

  • Manage residential paid media campaigns (Google Local Services, Meta, etc.) with a focus on cost-effective lead generation
  • Track ROI and key performance metrics across all marketing channels; deliver regular reporting and recommendations
  • Identify underperforming tactics and reallocate budget based on performance data
  • Partner with operations to align promotions with capacity and service team availability

 

Content & Social Media Oversight

 

  • Own the residential content calendar, with a focus on high-value, relatable storytelling (before/after photos, technician highlights, maintenance tips, etc.)
  • Direct the Social Media Coordinator in creating and publishing engaging, brand-aligned content across platforms
  • Ensure all content supports SEO goals and reflects the tone and values of our service experience

 

Reputation Management & Customer Engagement

 

  • Monitor and respond to homeowner reviews across Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Proactively implement review generation strategies (email/text follow-up, QR codes, etc.)
  • Develop campaigns to drive referrals, repeat service calls, and customer loyalty

 

Community Marketing

 

  • Plan and manage sponsorships, giveaways, and community events that increase visibility in target neighborhoods
  • Build relationships with HOAs, real estate agents, property managers, and other homeowner influencers
  • Represent the company at local events, home shows, or school partnerships to build grassroots trust

 

Team Leadership

 

  • Supervise and coach the Social Media Coordinator to support content execution and campaign rollout
  • Coordinate with internal teams (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) to gather content and align messaging

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in home services, trades, or residential customer-focused industries
  • Proven track record of generating and converting leads through digital marketing channels
  • Strong grasp of local SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and review platforms
  • Creative mindset with the ability to tell the company’s story in a way that connects with everyday homeowners
  • Confident communicator with strong writing, editing, and collaboration skills
  • Experience managing others and cross-functional collaboration is a plus
