Structural Steel Foreman
Lead the Crew. Set the Standard. Build with Purpose.
As a Structural Steel Foreman at Kalos Services, you’ll lead from the front—rigging, setting, and bolting structural steel components with precision and purpose. You’ll be responsible for assembling steel frameworks, reading and executing detailed erection plans, and ensuring that every weld, bolt, and beam is placed safely and accurately. This role requires a sharp eye for safety, a strong back for the work, and the leadership to keep your crew aligned, productive, and proud of what you’re building. From retrofits to upfits and pre-engineered systems, your expertise in structural steel will help shape the skyline—and the next generation of tradespeople.
At Kalos Services, we don’t just build—we invest in craftsmanship, people, and long-term growth. We are seeking a Structural Steel Foreman who thrives in the field, takes pride in the work, and can lead by example on a range of commercial projects, including structural upfits, retrofits, and pre-engineered building systems.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to get the job done right—and how to bring others along with them. If you're looking to take ownership of your work, grow your leadership skills, and make a real impact, this role is for you.
