Residential Plumber

• Start and finish times are dependent on project and location
• Work weeks fluctuate depending on load but will usually be between 40 to 60 hrs per week
• Some weekend and after-hours work may be required when emergencies occur
• Project nights and weekends, as well as out-of-town work in Florida, will be required

• $23-32 hourly based on experience and certifications obtained

• Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose piping issues, leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
• Install and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and water filtration systems
• Re-pipe homes and complete rough-in and trim-out plumbing for remodels and renovations
• Provide clear communication with clients and ensure excellent customer service
  Accurately complete job documentation and adhere to safety and code compliance standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work truck and job site

• Ideally 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential plumbing
• Familiar with Florida building codes and standard plumbing practices
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently or with a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
• A problem-solver with a great attitude and customer-first mindset

Nice to have but not required:

• Backflow certification or experience
• Water heater or tankless water heater installation experience
• Prior experience with remodel and re-pipe projects
