No hard sell on unnecessary items, no hard push to replace a 6 year old unit for $20K because an evaporator coil is leaking. They gave me a quote and fixed the coil the next day without charging me an exorbitant amount for the parts and the work. Techs were also very knowledgeable, easy to deal with and able to answer all questions I had for them.
