Experienced Service Plumber

• Schedule: Work weeks fluctuate depending on load but will usually be between 40 to 60 hrs per week.
  • Start and finish times are dependent on project and location.
  • Some weekend and after-hours work may be required when emergencies occur
  • Project nights and weekends, and out-of-town work in Florida, will be required

• $23–32 per hour based on experience and certifications obtained

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues for residential and light commercial clients
• Perform fixture installations, water heater replacements, leak repairs, and drain services
• Accurately assess and communicate repair options to customers
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and professional appearance
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds code and company quality standards
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency plumbing services
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the Kalos brand with professionalism and integrity

• Ideally 3+years of experience in residential or commercial plumbing service
• Solid understanding of Florida plumbing codes and best practices
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional communication skills and customer-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred:

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber preferred but not required
• Backflow certification or experience
• Water heater or tankless water heater installation experience
• Prior experience with remodel and re-pipe projects
