Join a team that takes pride in doing it right the first time. Kalos Services’ Commercial Refrigeration Division delivers high-quality installations for major grocery, retail, and commercial clients across Florida. We’re a family-owned company with 20+ years of experience, known for integrity, craftsmanship, and a people-first approach. If you’re a detail-oriented refrigeration technician who loves working hands-on and ensuring every system runs flawlessly, we’d love to meet you.

As a Commercial Refrigeration Technician, you will power up, test, and commission new systems so they operate safely, efficiently, and reliably for the long term. You’ll work independently in the field and collaborate closely with installation crews, controls technicians, and project managers to deliver a clean, on-time turnover.

You’ll be hands-on with rack systems, walk-ins, reach-ins, and associated control systems for commercial refrigeration installations.
