We have been customers of Kalos Services for over 5 years. We have always found them to be honest and trustworthy. Our 10 year old a/c unit had to be replaced and we would not use any other company. The new unit was installed yesterday and is working great. Our sales person, Dale gave us different pricing options and never pressured us. He followed up after the install to make sure we were satisfied. Our installers Grant and Jake were very efficient, professional, and did a fabulous job. They are great representatives for the company. We have recommended Kalos to several neighbors and everyone was impressed with the service. Keep up the great work Kalos, we are customers for life.

I bought 2 new AC units from Kalos in October which was very good they came in the morning and finished everything that same day, outstanding service. A few day's ago we started to notice a bad smell coming from the AC vent in the hallway. I called Kalos and they sent a nice young man named Tyler over and he went up to the attic and found a dead mouse causing the smell. I just made the call to them yesterday and this kind of service is outstanding!!!

My Kalos experience has been terrific. From Dale who sold the system to Britt and Mark who installed the system. The installation was started and finished on time as promised. The platform was rebuilt and looks great. Britt and Mark worked tirelessly to remove the old system and install the new system as quickly and professionally as possible to mitigate our time without AC. They also checked all the duct work to insure a quality installation. It was reassuring because other vendors said that unless we were having problem that would be not necessary. At the end Britt reviewed the work done and was quite patient with me going over the Ecobee thermostat. Lastly, they cleaned up the work area and you would never know they were here. Thank you for a job well done and I will recommend Kalos highly to my neighbors in Kings Ridge.

Technician (Tyler) was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained what he did and why. We were extremely pleased with his work ethic. Tyler was very personable and a great representative of Kalos Services.

I was so impressed! Our Kalos sales guy, Dale, came to the job on installation day and followed a few days later to see if my concerns were addressed and how we liked our new system. We are thrilled with our new a/c unit and Reme air purifier. Our son was home from college for the weekend and remarked how comfortably he slept with the new a/c. Our daughter also commented how nice and cool her room is now. Grant and Kyle were excellent installers, listened to my concerns, and crawled through an attic space I thought no human could fit in to add a dedicated duct to my son's room. They even made sure that they cleaned up all their work areas and painted the new box top for the handler to sit on. Grant took the time to walk me through explanations on all parts of the new system. He was kind enough to repeat a few things for my husband who arrived in the middle of the walk through. I originally had scheduled with Del-Air for an estimate, but am so happy I turned to Kalos! Kudos to Kalos!

Kalos provided me with the greatest service I could ever asked for. The two service technicians were very thorough and detailed. They found the problem with my A/C fixed it and got me back up running in no time. At a very good price. They were far better then Del-air services.

Evaluating a company based solely on referrals was not an option for us so we researched extensively, soliciting multiple companies with relatively similar credentials for replacement of our central air conditioner. The lack of longevity in business and highest prices initially deterred us from Kalos. The deciding factor to hire Kalos was primarily due to our interaction with Dale Daniels. Although there was a lack of consistency overall in how companies evaluated our home’s needs, Dale went beyond the others by touring both the inside and outside of the house, asking questions about our home’s problem areas and if there was anything specific we had challenge with –few of Kalos’s competitors made this effort. Dale also surpassed expectations with detailed proposals and documentation and prompt return of emails addressing our questions and concerns. Dale was accessible, patient, and willing to find solutions to work with our budget – it was very clear our business was important to him. Although we were reassured by Dale regarding installation, we really had no idea what to expect. Grant and Arron were simply amazing – their precision working together extraordinary. It was obvious this was not their first install. Their professionalism, work ethic, knowledge and dedication put us at ease that the installation would be done properly and it was clear that they also respected our property, leaving it spotless when installation was complete. It was truly a pleasure to work with the Kalos team and we are proud to be a new customer.

My A.C. compressor needed replaced after 15 years. I searched for neighborhood referrals and found many but one stood out in Kalos Services. I texted Dan Daniels at night and he immediately replied. We spoke at 730am the next day although I feel he would have spoken that night if i needed. He can out and accessed my a.c. situation. I decided to replace my entire system with Kalos. That was Friday and Tuesday the team came out. They rebuild the area where air handler was installed. The attention to detail and workmanship are second to none impressive. My new system was installed on May 22, 2018
