We Charge By the Job, Not By The Hour

Our office staff is structured to handle all technician part requests, but in the rare case that we need to pick up a part to finish a job, you won’t be charged for any extra time other than what was quoted.
We train our technicians to accurately diagnose your issue and fix it the first time. By taking the clock out of the equation, our technicians don’t feel as much pressure to hurry through a job. Rushing can lead to costly mistakes or overlooking important details. Our technicians make sure the job is done right the first time. When you call Kalos Services, our office will set a convenient time window for a technician to visit your property in order to look at your repair need. We charge a standard dispatch diagnosis fee for all on-site service calls which is payable in person directly to the service technician.
When the issue is properly diagnosed our technician will offer you the different repair options, all with a flat rate price given to you BEFORE starting any additional work. Should you choose to go forward with the repair, payment for the diagnosis fee and the flat rate repair price is charged only when the job is completed and you are satisfied. We also stand behind our work with our industry leading warranty, so you can rest assured in quality, professional service.
